Papertrey Ink October Blog Hop: 5th post.

Here is my 5th card for this month's Papertrey Ink Blog Hop.

I stamped the designs on the card, and a sentiment. I then inked the edges to add something else to this  very CAS card.

I stamped the doilies on the card, and added a sentiment.

Very simple...but I love the way it turned out.

Papertrey Ink October Blog Hop: 2nd post.

Here is my 2nd card for this month's Papertrey Ink Blog Hop.

I made this card with Maile Belle's new set, Snowflake Flurries. I stamped the snowflakes many times on a piece of white cardstock...creating a border of sorts. I then adhered lots of other layers together, adhered it to the card front, and finished off the card by stamping a sentiment and adding some blue glitter dots.

Papertrey Ink October Blog Hop-1st post.

Hello! Today is Papertrey Ink's October Blog Hop.

This month's theme was Non-Traditional Holiday Color Schemes.  I did a card for quite a few of the color schemes....starting with the first one.

For this card, I stamped the flourish/branch multiple times on the side of the card, and painted watercolor paint around the branch. I added a sentiment, and some cardstock strips.

CAS-ual Fridays: Over the Edge! (take 5!)

Here is my 5th entry for this week's CAS-ual Fridays challenge.

For this card, I went with a really modern and graphic feel.

I added some paper strips to the card, some with foam tape. And I stamped a sentiment. Very clean and graphic.

CAS-ual Fridays: Over the Edge! (take 4!)

Here is my 4th entry for this week's CAS-ual Fridays challenge.

A Christmas card!

I have had these snowflakes stickers, and haven't used them too much, so I decided to use them on this card.

I added the stickers, a sentiment, and some black watercolor paint.

CAS-ual Fridays: Over the Edge! (take 3!)

Here is my 3rd entry for this week's CAS-ual Fridays challenge, which is to create a card with something going over the card base.

I am also very happy with this card, for which I used Maile Belle's Snowflake Flurries set again. I got to tell you, this set can be so much more than snowflakes! I enjoy playing with it so much!

For this card, I stamped the "snowflakes" on white cardstock. I would stamp one of the snowflakes, then a different sized one in a different color on top, giving some more color and "pop" to the card.  I then cut them out by hand, and adhered them to the card, some with foam tape for dimension. I added the cardstock strips, and stamped a sentiment. Oh, and added some gems for an extra something.

CAS-ual Fridays: Over the Edge (take 2!)

Here is my 2nd entry for this week's CAS-ual Fridays challenge, which is Over the Edge, making a card with something going over the card base.

I am so happy with this card!

The pretty designs are from Papertrey Ink's new Snowflake Flurries set, designed by Maile Belles.
I just LOVE this set and can't get enough of it!

To do this card, I stamped the snowflakes (which on this card, could just be pretty designs), and cut them out by hand, since I don't own a die-cutting machine (yet!). I then adhered them to the card, some which foam tape, giving the card dimension. I added some gemstones for a finishing touch.

CAS-ual Fridays: Over the Edge

Hello! I have a bunch of cards to share tonight...starting with my first entry for this week's CAS-ual Fridays challenge. The theme was "Over the Edge" which was to create a card with something going over the base of the card.

You can most likely tell I LOVE the way this card turned out...because of all the photos I have! Sorry about that :)

For this card, I painted watercolors onto some cardstock. After they dried, I punched them out, and adhered them to the card front, using foam tape for some, giving various levels of dimension. I also added a sentiment and a gem to finish the card off.

CAS-ual Fridays: Put Your {Heart} Into It! (take 3!)

Here is my 3rd card for this week's CAS-ual Fridays challenge!

I used more watercolors here...I love using them sooo much lately!

I painted the red watercolors onto the card, and adhered a punched out heart with foam tape. Then I stamped a sentiment.

CAS-ual Fridays: Put Your {Heart} Into It! (take 2!)

Here is my 2nd entry for this week's CAS-ual Fridays challenge, which is to create a project with a heart.

I'm pretty happy with how this card turned out.

I splattered some watercolors onto some white cardstock (I masked out an area). Then I painted (with watercolors) a border around the splattered watercolors. I cut out this piece, and adhered a heart to it (with foam tape). I adhered this to the card with foam tape. Then I stamped the sentiment.

CAS-ual Fridays: Put Your {Heart} Into It!

Hello! I'm back with a card for the current CAS-ual Fridays challenge!

This week's challenge was to make a project with a heart in it.

I hand-cut some hearts out of cardstock, inked the sides, adhered them together, put them on the card, trimmed the excess of the side, stamped the sentiment and added some silver glitter nail polish to the hearts.
